SPECIFICATIONS FOR CADASTRAL SURVEY Below are specifications for Cadastral / Property Survey 1. Boundary demarcation and beaconing The boundary lines which must be identified by the land owner or his representative shall be cut clear of obstacles and beaconed at every change of directions in a way that represents the boundaries as identified by the land owner or his representative.
